Pure and unadulerated our Premium Australian Lamb Ribs are square-cut, trimmed and sous vide slow-cooked until juicy, tender and flavoursome. Just add your signature sauce.

Reheating Instructions
in collaboration with
UNOX Combi-Oven
Optionally, baste ribs in sauce, until fully covered.
Cook at 160°C dry heat for approximately 30 minutes, until well caramelised & hot throughout.
