Reheating Instructions

Open pouch and separate pieces.
Rub a liberal amount of salt and olive oil into the skin.
Place on wire racks for increased air flow around the skin.
Cook on dry heat @ 210°C for approx. 15 minutes.
Proceed with cooking until skin is crackled & golden brown.
Conventional Oven
