Maddie's Musings
Let’s taco ‘bout the star performer - Pickled Pork. Starting with something so perfectly delicious makes these not only moreish, but ridiculously easy.
Like many of our products, the meat is beautifully tender and shreds like a dream. Paired with some crunchy and fresh salads and you’ve got yourself a winner.
Here’s a pro tip: it works brilliantly with the glaze from our Char-Sui-inspired pork steaks. Just throw it in the pan or hot plate once shredded for that touch of stickiness.
